A few things we missed and some weird stuff

There are a few things that I would have liked to do in Japan if we had more time. This includes: karaoke, a baseball game, sumo wrestling match, and seeing a geisha on the street or something.

Japan is a very different place in some ways. I can't believe how many people wear masks in public. I don't know if they are trying to be respectful of other people when they are sick or are paranoid about getting sick. Japan is such a clean country yet they don't have very many garbage cans in public. It is just expected that people will hold their trash until they get home. Many of the bathrooms don't have paper towels or hand dryers. I guess people just carry around cloths with them. The women's bathrooms have both squatters or the most high tech toilet you will ever see. The toilets have an air dryer, bidet, music, noise if you're pooping, suction to get rid of unwanted smell and the list goes on and on. Most people have some kind of charm or figurine attached to their cellphone. The sidewalks are all separated into two sections. One side is for people walking and the other is for people riding their bikes. I saw a lot of dogs with clothes on. Most men wear suits. The suits are only in a couple of colors and a white shirt. If they are really daring they might have very thin and unnoticeable stripes. People don't make eye contact. There is nothing recognizable in the 7 Eleven or convenience stores.
