One of my favorite places

Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, Canada is one of my favorite places. Fortunately this year they were having some killer deals. Basically they were offering a free hotel and lift ticket for the cost of a lift ticket.

Brandon and I didn't arrive until 2:00am on the mountain. We flew into Kelowna. My mom and dad picked us up from the airport. You should have seen us trying to fit all our stuff into my dad's car. Big White had received 24 inches of snow throughout the week prior to our arrival. Scott and Teri Lybbert also took advantage of the incredible deal.

We skied all day Wednesday. It was a little bit foggy but the snow was incredible. We went hot tubing, ate at Snow Shoe Sam's, had popcorn and conversation in the Lybbert's room, and went to bed.

We got an early start on Thursday. It was actually clear out. Beautiful day. Beautiful snow. We skied until we had to check out of the hotel. We loaded up our cars then went back out skiing. We finished around 2:30pm, changed out of our gear, and were off the mountain.

I felt great! I would loved to have skied longer. My people were pretty sore though (mom, dad, and Brandon probably wouldn't have lasted another hour.)

We drove back to Moses Lake with my parents. My mom dropped us at the airport the next day. It was a quick trip but so much fun. I love that place! I love to ski!
