Saturday I decided that no matter what I was going to run 8 miles "bare foot" in my Vibram FiveFingers. I could tell at mile 2 or 3 that I was getting a blister on my left foot but I pressed on. Maybe that wasn't the best strategy. When I arrived home and checked out my foot it was far worse than I thought it was going to be. Brandon threatened to hide my Vibram's. Dennis Helped me drain the fluid and blood from my blister. Pretty disgusting I know.

There is nothing I love/want bad enough to endure that kind of pain.

Lysh, lysh, lysh...when will I convince you that running only causes pain. :)
Oh my gosh, Alysha!! I think I'll stick with shoes!
Alysha, you are pure, unadulterated, awesome.
If you can run until your foot is about to come off then my excuses for not pressing harder when I run go right out the window.
Thanks.
Running is evil.......
