Valentines Weekend

Patrick, Mindy, and the girls came up this weekend. Pat was really feeling sick. It was a lot of fun having them over. I was on reserve but didn't get called out. We watched a couple of movies. We also watched the Olympics. I love watching the Olympics. I can't help but get really nervous for the different competitors. I always find the stories of the athletes so fascinating. I found myself Wikipedia-ing a number of different people to find out more about their stories. When I do have someone in particular I'm rooting for (which is easy in the Olympics-Go USA) I get really worked up and have been known to yell out loud "Come on!" Or whatever it may be. Now if we could just get rid of the commercials!

So Valentines weekend was spent with family. I am grateful to have a husband that shows me everyday that he loves me. He is always so thoughtful of me. I am really blessed!
