I finished a 4 day trip late on Wednesday night. There were no flights home that late. I had Thursday off but was scheduled to be on reserve at 5am Friday morning. That means I would have had to fly home Thursday morning and fly back to LA on Thursday night. Needless to say that didn't happen. I spent Thursday in Brea.
On Thursday afternoon I contacted Heather and Rob Cowdell from our ward in Tustin. They were home so I drove down to hang out with them. I love friends that let you just drop in on them without much warning. It was fun getting caught up. They invited me to stay for dinner. They had another couple over too.
If I can't make it home for one day off at least it was nice to spend time with old friends. It also doesn't hurt that the weather was beautiful.

I was just in irvine last week. where in CA did you live? i love that area. boise is nice too...??? Just kidding boise is nice and alot slower paced
Let us know if you hear of any computer jobs in Boise..We'd move there in a heartbeat!
