Long Drive

Brandon left Friday night from Boise to drive to Brea. He drove the whole way through the night by himself and arrived around 6:00am. He slept for a little while. Later we went to pick up an industrial sewing machine for my mom. Back at the house we packed up Brandon's truck. Along with the sewing machine we loaded a few desks, a filing, cabinet, a lawn mower, a scroll saw, and a number of other random items. We were pretty sweaty by the time we were done. We started the first few episodes of 30 Rock. Then we had pizza for dinner with Dennis, Donna, Emmy (Donna's daughter), Pyper, Ashton, Justin, Natalie, and their kids. After dinner was over Brandon tied down the items in the truck.

We left around 10:30pm to drive back to Boise. I could tell the night was going to be pretty brutal when I started yawning a few minutes into the drive. Brandon drove to Baker. I drove from Baker to just outside Ely. I discovered that both of my eyes were closed on a few occasions. I really didn't want to wake Brandon but I kind of freaked myself out. He drove the rest of the way home. The drive was uneventful but really long. I maybe slept an hour or so.

When we arrived home I had just enough time to shower and pack my stuff. Then Myca and I drove to Moses Lake with Boston, Tayden, and Kaius. We stopped in Tri-cities to pick up my mom from Jared and Lindsay's house. We didn't get to Moses Lake until around 10pm maybe later. I was actually more alert on the drive with Myca than I thought I would be. I stayed awake the whole time. Once we made it "home" I passed out the minute my head hit the pillow.
