- Thursday morning I few straight to Arizona to see my new niece Ryan. She is beautiful. While I was there I was able to get my teeth cleaned. It is nice killing two birds with one stone.
- My two favorite quotes of the trip were: "I'm not going to lie those stripes intimidate me"spoken by a passenger who had moved into my row during deplaning. I had gone to the back to get my bag, when I got back to my row to grab my stuff he was there but quickly moved aside for me. And "Your picture doesn't do you justice." A customer service representative told me that when he checked to make sure I was eligible for the jump seat.
- Watched conference. In between sessions went to a Harley Davidson store and sat on some Harley low bikes. I must admit I think they were pretty sweet. Don't worry we can't afford a bike for me but I do think it would be fun. We even got some information on a riding class that they put on. I guess a lot of women attend it.
- Went to my first game at the Dodger Stadium. Brandon and I went with his buddy Fred Gruther who Brandon has known since elementary school. I feel some connection to the Dodgers because they use to have spring training in Vero Beach, FL when I lived there. I went to a few spring training games. Some of the players came into the restaurant that I worked at down there.
- Watched more conference. Made a chuck roast, gravy, potatoes, salad, and rolls. I did have some issues but it is a step. We even invited Brian, Becka, Dryw and Stephanie over to eat the food. I'm usually too embarrassed to cook for other people because I'm not very good yet. We also played a mean game of Cranium.
That's about it for the last couple of days. It has been a lot of fun.

That is funny. Your stripes intimidate me Lysh! Marlee was looking through my blog book yesterday and while looking at your picture said "Where's Lysha?" I said "In California" and she said "WHAT? WHY?" she was shocked. Apparently, she doesn't think you belong there! Miss you!
